Christian Mannino is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. His core experience has been in FDA regulated DC’s for Pharmaceutical & Medical Device industry leaders and Industrial Supply Distribution. Christian’s demonstrated leadership and experience with overseeing process improvement initiatives and operational start-ups have led to increased responsibilities in end to end supply chain operations, including purchasing, distribution facility design, inventory and quality control, and transportation. Christian is currently serving as Director of Distribution & Logistics for an Industrial HVAC manufacturer.
If asked to make a list of anything that would be considered fixed or constant for any distribution manager, I can assure you that list would be a short one. Although I’d be willing to bet that sitting at the top of their list is the responsibility and directive to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
