The customer in today's spotlight was woefully behind in making digital updates to their logistics. And given their volume, and plans to embark on a surge of activity, they decided to do something about it!

What the customer needed

This farm bureau's needs were specific. They were currently shipping nearly 3,000 annual shipments, predominantly within their state, with almost 80% of shipments considered HAZMAT (farm equipment, agricultural products, batteries, etc.).
